Civil engineers design and build monumental structures and provide the skills and expertise to design, build and maintain the country’s infrastructure, including the water supply such as dams and canals, transportation such as roads and bridges, and buildings.

During the course of study, the student is exposed to various subjects of Civil Engineering which includes Planning, Drafting, Surveying, Estimation & Costing, Construction Technology, Basics of Highway, Railway, Airport, Tunnel and Harbour Engineering. Students also get a feel of Extensive Survey, Building Drawing, Irrigation & Bridge Drawing and Structural Engineering Drawing. Students are also exposed to software like MS Projects, AUTOCAD & STAAD.
