Computer Science (or computing science) is the scientific and practical approach to computation and its applications. It involves a detailed study of the design and operation of computer hardware and software, and of the application of computer technology to science, business, and the arts.
It has many sub-fields such as programming language, computer graphics etc.
During this course, students are exposed to basics of Computers, Microprocessor, software like C, C++, Java, VB, LINUX and .Net, Database Management Systems, Web Technologies and Multimedia software. In addition they are also exposed to PC Hardware maintenance and Networking.
